Recently had a birthday party for my 2 yo in their Jungle Room, great set up for toddlers and had soft play blocks and toys for babies.Large table in the room with plenty of chairs, great for parents to watch from. Microwave and fridge is handy too. All the kids had lots of fun, it took a while convincing them to leave at the end ☺️ (we also appreciated the staff member’s patience with us and offers to help us pack up - sorry didn’t catch her name!).

We went on a whim knowing that I wanted to have our daughter attention the holiday program and then on term 4, so we wanted to try it out. It was a $2 day but we missed out on those tickets, all good, we were pretty late so we got a $10 ticket. Our LO bounced around for an hour. In hindsight maybe it would have been better if she had someone with her rather than her be in her own but she was able to play alongside others there. Well worth it.

Kids had a ball here. Would definitely bring them back again. Would have been good if there was grip socks for us to purchase. Normal socks just didn't cut it. I tried looking for some at kmart but couldn't find any. Just assumed this place would have them so remember to bring grip socks. But other than that my kids loved this place. Nice little waiting area for adults as well.

Our 4 year old had his first visit to ‘toddlers night out’ tonight and absolutely loved it! Such a great place for all ages! Thanks for offering so many great services… we will definitely be back :)

This place is amazing for kids! They work so well with the kids that even my shy 5yo can't wait till it's Friday and she can go back here. Each staff member is incredible! Great place you created

Expensive for what you get. $18 per 45-min session! My daughter said gymnastics classes were more challenging for her than the soft parkour. Another thing, the admin staff is rude and incompetent. Upon enrolling I was not sent any terms and conditions regarding sickness, nor regarding re-enrolling. The links in the emails did not lead to the right place and staff on phone didn't know the location of their policies. Yes they were on the website, but the staff, not knowing where they were, was kinda funny. Btw, beware, you will only be credited (not refunded) any skipped classes even if you have a medical certificate for 3(!) consecutive weeks of sickness. No options beyond that. My daughter had a surgery, and I had to call her doctor 3 times to get the right certificate that would satisfy their needs, and they were still not happy. This was just ridiculous. Somebody needs to remind them that they are there for their clients, not vice versa. Seems like they are thinking too much of themselves. Well, good luck. Not coming back, and will not recommend to anyone.

Great place for entertaining the kids with a range of activities to suit everyone’s desires. If your kid is wanting to learn anything to do with trampolining, parkour, tumbling etc this is the place for them. They also offer nights out where you can drop your children and go. A little pricy especially when you have to pay to enter the place with your children but worth it in the end. Staff are friendly and make your visit a positive one as Much as possible. :)

Really concerned about the low level of Health & Safety. No pads down the walls next to the trampolines. My boy just missed a pillar and disappeared down the side of the first airpad. The boys then went up to the Parkour section. When my …
